At Ribbon Co., we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve designed our policy to be as simple and stress-free as possible—often without needing you to send anything back.

We know that returning small items across borders can be a hassle. That’s why, for the majority of situations, we offer a full or partial refund without requiring you to ship the product back.

 

What We Need From you to process a refund♡

To help us verify the issue quickly and protect us from misuse, we simply ask for:

  • Your order number

  • clear photo or short video showing the problem (damage, defect, wrong item)

  • A brief description of what went wrong

Refund Process 

Once we approve your refund request:

  • We will issue a refund to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear (processing times vary by bank/payment provider)

 

Our Rights to Refuse or Limit Refunds

To protect our small business, we clearly state:

  • We may decline a refund request if:

    • No photo evidence is provided

    • The issue appears to be caused by misuse or normal wear and tear

    • The request is made after 30 days from delivery

  • We may limit refunds for customers who:

    • Request refunds on more than 3 orders within 30 days

    • Have a history of unverified or suspicious claims

We trust our customers, but we also have the right to run our business fairly.
